Room Types

Old Money

Established. Elegant. Unapologetically classic.

The first level of The Vault embraces rich jewel tones, gilded details, ornate patterns, and the kind of craftsmanship that never needed to announce its worth.

And then there’s the vault itself.

One of the hotel’s most distinctive rooms is built around the original bank super vault, complete with its massive historic door, steel railroad beams, and fortified concrete walls.

Some things simply cannot be bought new.

Room Types

New Money

Fresh perspective. Modern confidence.

New Money doesn’t believe luxury has to look traditional.

Clean lines, geometric patterns, contemporary finishes, and unexpected details create a fresh take on the good life. Period architecture meets modern design, with exposed brick, statement lighting, richly textured floors, and sleek contemporary bathrooms.

Room Types

Found Money

Unexpected. Eclectic. A little mysterious.

Found Money is what happens when you discover something valuable where you least expect it.

The third floor takes a darker, more playful approach, pairing moody contrast with bold graphics, tailored lines, dramatic details, and unexpected design moments.

Every room offers its own perspective on downtown Houghton, with oversized arched windows, comfortable window benches, and select patios.

You weren’t looking for it.

You just got lucky.
